Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave your details and requests on contact forms, we will use the same for the purpose of your request.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

If you leave your contact information, we will use it for communicating with you on the purpose you left the contact information for. We will maintain the contact information in an offline system that can only be accessed with necessary internal approvals within the organisation like CRM systems, Accounting systems and Invoicing systems as required for business operations and related compliance requirements.

Since we do not collect or store your personal data other than the queries you might send, your data is protected by default. Queries stored or only for the purposes of response to be shared with you. All queries will be stored anonymously for improving quality of service. No relatable user identifiers are used.

Since we do not collect or store any personal data other than the requests provided by you, there is no risk of data breach. But in case if there’s any relatable issue, we will notify you at the first instance the same is confirmed  and associated risk is evaluated.

We may receive data from third party partners related to any service or solution designed and offered to you from analysis, compliance and service improvement points of view.
